• Since cakes are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your cake only once. Be aware of the delivery time frame and make sure you are available to accept the delivery. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• Occasionally, substituting a cake may be necessary due to unavailability. This may happen if the ingredients needed to make a particular cake are not available. In these instances, a different cake can be substituted for the original.
• Finally, make sure to check the cake upon delivery to ensure it is fresh and in good condition. If there is an issue with the cake please inform us before the delivery person leaves your place.
